Looking for an event venue for your upcoming meeting, reception, dinner, or celebration? Consider holding your private event at Armstrong Family Winery.

Our tasting room in Woodinville is an ideal locations for events, offering unique character and amenities to make your event perfect.

We customize for each private event and can accommodate sit-down events, mix and mingle receptions, or instructional wine opportunities with a facilitated tasting and behind the scenes look at how wine is made. Capacity varies by usage, but our space is well suited for smaller sit-down events for up to 30-40 or more when seating isn’t required.

Rental Details

Reservation Fee

$400 outside tasting room hours (special pricing for Club Members available); contact us for pricing during tasting room hours- includes event space for 4 hours including setup/cleanup time; staff for setup, cleanup and to pour at event; tables and chairs; and black linens, if desired

Wine Purchase Minimum

In addition to the reservation fee, there is a $400 wine purchase minimum. Wine purchased by the host and additional wine purchased by your guests applies.


We can provide a table of light snacks, you can bring your own food or have it catered. We are happy recommend a local caterer.

Additional Beverages

With a required Banquet permit from the WA State LCB, you are able to provide beer or champagne to your guests. Liquor is not allowed. All events hosted at our winery must strictly comply with state law.
