Cellar Collective – 6
Six Bottles of Your Choice, Twice per Year
You will receive 6 bottles of your choice, twice per year. One allocation in the spring, one in fall. Standard allocations are usually between $300 – $350.
Cellar Collective – 12
Twelve Bottles of Your Choice, Twice per Year
You will receive 12 bottles, twice per year. One allocation in the spring, one in fall. Standard allocations are usually between $580 – $680.
Membership FAQs
Our Cellar Collective Wine Club has two allocations per year. One in early March and one in early September. In most cases wine will ship or be available for pickup within two weeks of the club allocation date.
Yes! We are happy to offer customized wine club allocations. We feature and recommend 2 or 3 wines each allocation but you are welcome to customize your allocation with any available “Artisan Series” wine. All changes must be made prior to the Wine Club Allocation date. We will send at least two emails ahead of time inviting you to change your allocation wines. Please check your email spam or junk folder.
Your credit card will be charged on the wine club allocation date. Usually around March 1 and September 1. We will send at least two emails before your card is charged.
Yes. We understand that, on occasion, members may need to skip an allocation. Our online portal gives you easy access to skip an allocation when you need to. Simply login or contact us directly for assistance. If you skip two allocations in a row (a full year), we reserve the right to cancel your membership. Please contact us for extenuating circumstances.
Membership begins with a one year commitment. While most of our members enjoy allocations for many years, we understand that circumstances change. We ask that our members receive at least two wine club allocations but, following that first year, membership may be suspended any time prior to the next allocation date. Membership cancellation prior to one year may result in charges equivalent to member discounts or member benefits received. Members are responsible for all wine club allocations prior to cancellation. If you’ve been charged for a wine allocation that you no longer want, we’re happy to suggest a local charity that would appreciate your donation. Please contact us for details.
Yes! Please let us know if you would like pick up your wines in Walla Walla or Woodinville. We’ll be happy to adjust your membership account to reflect your preference.
In almost every case, our wines are shipped via UPS from Walla Walla. We strongly recommend a UPS My Choice account (most of our customers find that the free account with UPS meets their needs) so that you can better manage your deliveries. When your order is preparing to ship, we will email a UPS tracking number to the account we have on file.
