The wines in this collection represent our focus on Cabernet Sauvignon. The variety expresses itself distinctly in our region and the wines have a classic character that rewards cellaring and best shares the table with hearty fare. Stylistically, our approach to Cabernet Sauvignon is based on restraint and emphasizes elegance over brute power. In some cases, we’ve blended in other Bordeaux varieties to these wines, in others, they are 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
